Board of Directors

Jeremy Kaufman is the CEO of Kaufman Jacobs, overseeing the company's strategic direction and investment activities. With over 20 years of experience, he has led successful acquisitions and financing of 4.5 million square feet of real estate valued over $900 million. His leadership has generated substantial equity value through astute management and leasing. Jeremy has also spearheaded global projects, including a thermal power plant in Ecuador. He serves as Board Chair for Cure Violence and holds a BA from Brandeis University.

David Rosenblatt is a seasoned entrepreneur with a track record of successfully developing and scaling businesses in Silicon Valley, Wall Street, and Israel. He has experience across industries including healthcare, technology, finance, and energy. Notably, he co-founded PurePenn and served on its board until its acquisition by Trulieve in 2020. He also played a role in the sale of Moxie to High Times in 2023. David's achievements extend to co-founding Arava Power, Israel's first solar company, and founding Quicken Loans at Intuit. His diverse background includes leadership roles at BlackRock and serving as a Trustee of the Russell Berrie Foundation. He holds degrees from Harvard Business School, Northwestern University Law School, and Pennsylvania State University.

Ross Kayuha is the CEO of Nanofiber Solutions (NFS), specializing in products for Medical Devices, cultivated meat, and pharmaceutical delivery. Prior to NFS, he led healthcare software company Strategic Thinking Industries and has a 25-year IT background with Claremont Technology Group, Accenture, and startups. Ross contributed to the Ohio TechAngel Fund and holds an MBA from the University of Illinois and a BS from West Virginia University. He has served on several boards including OH-Alive Innovator Cell Therapy Platform and Nanoscale Science and Engineering Center's Industrial Advisory Board.

Michael Wior is a seasoned tech entrepreneur with successful exits in the restaurant sector (Omnivore and Menupad). His expertise lies in applying cutting-edge technologies, showcased in projects for government agencies like the CIA, Geospatial Intelligence Agency, and Department of Energy, as well as corporate giants such as Google, Adobe, and Amazon. Currently, he holds the role of Chief Strategy and Technology Officer at Branded Venture Partners, heading Branded Capital Management and raising over $100MM for Series A and Seed rounds. Michael advises and sits on the boards of various startups across industries. He holds a BA in Network Communications Management from DeVry University.
